Help for parents setting up Screentime Nanny. Typical response time: 1–2 business days.

1. Install from Google Play and open the app.

2. Create your parent PIN (stored only on-device).

3. Grant Usage Access in Android Settings → Apps → Special access.

4. Allow Display over other apps when prompted.

5. Rate installed apps as educational (+) or entertainment (–).

6. Add chores to the Quest Board and show kids the Play Zone.

Credits not updating? Confirm Usage Access is enabled for Screentime Nanny and battery optimization is disabled for the app.

Lock screen not appearing? Re-enable the overlay (Display over other apps) permission.

Kid uninstalled the app? Enable optional Device Admin during setup for stronger protection.
