These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Screentime Nanny application ("App") and website at https://screentimenanny.us ("Site"), operated by Screentime Nanny("we," "us").

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for parents and legal guardians managing screen time for children in their care. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App as the account holder / configuring parent.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial family use in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
Use the App to harass, harm, or monitor individuals without lawful authority
Circumvent parental controls in violation of applicable law
Redistribute or resell the App without permission

5. Parental responsibility

You are responsible for configuring the App appropriately for your child, safeguarding your parent PIN, and complying with local laws regarding parental monitoring and device management.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL PREVENT ALL UNAUTHORIZED DEVICE USE OR THAT CREDIT CALCULATIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCREENTIME NANNY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD $0 IF THE APP IS FREE).

8. Open testing

The App may be offered as a beta or open test. Features may change or be withdrawn without notice during testing.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Venue / courts — confirm with legal counsel.]

10. Changes
